SC Duncan was formed in 1973, and was rebranded in 2019 to modernise its look with our discerning customer base. We have set out to be a local service provider with the values and service you would expect from a local company, but with the modern service and delivery of a National brand. SC Duncan Heating, Plumbing and Electrical was initially formed to service all the mechanical needs of our customers in Hertfordshire and then in 2020 we started SC Duncan Construction due to demand from our existing customers.
SC Duncan now has a strong team of directly employed trades delivering all our work and we pride ourselves on good communication, a fair price and excellence in all our work. SC Duncan’s Owner James is actively involved in the business and is supported by an excellent backroom team working from our shop in Stevenage.
The name SC Duncan is synonymous with Hertfordshire and Heating, Plumbing and Electrical Works having started the original business in 1973 Samuel – Grandfather of John one of our owners, provided an excellent service to Stevenage, Hitchin and Letchworth over a 35 year career and many of his customers still trust SC Duncan for all their property needs. Whilst the company continues to grow and support our valued customers, we ensure we never stray from the family business that started it all and the values and service that Samuel started all those years ago.
